- The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement for a period of 8 years with one bidder for the provision of:
(a) development of the ESUP system according to the requirements of the Contracting authority; the development will be carried out on a functional group (release) basis in the form of partial contracts under the Framework Agreement

- support for the operation of the ESUP system, consisting of expert support and bug fixes for the system under the terms of the Framework Agreement
